This BG uses 896 tiles (~7 ExGFX files) and is inserted with the second method in the ExGFX Revolution tutorial that requires you to disable layer 3. normally, a goal point in this level would mess up the layer 1 tilemap, and the text wouldn't show up, but the new Sprite Status Bar uses sprites to display the text instead of layer 3.
