Back when the Army's Project Digger was first getting built I was invited along to film some burnout testing. As you can see the car wasn't finished but with time getting short before Summernats 23 they wanted to make sure it was right to go.
Unfortunately, as a direct result of the testing they decided to not do any burnout at Summernats that year due to cooling issues. But it sure looked good.

So for those that haven't seen it in action, here you go.

  • Why is is that 99% of classic Aussie "muscle cars" seem to be 4 door? I'm not trying to be a hater or anything, but most of the drag cars and such featured on your channel are 4 door.

  • @tellmeitsnottaken

We didn't get much two-door stuff down under. Australia was always a smallish marketplace (our population for thw whole country right now is only around 23million, so back in the 60s/70s it was alot less) so most of the time they couldn't afford to make two-door versions of every model like they did in the US. Anything two-door down here is in high demand so guys build whatever they can.

  • another daily driver, aesome.

  • @dildomerchant

LOL, I can feature daily drivers, but no one would watch

  • what kind of car is this??????

  • @888jimmy1

This one shows a bit more of the finished product. I have more footage of the building process, give this comment a thumbs up if you want to see more.
