You can see: palit-palit aplications with simple basic blocks, advanced blocks, locking and throwing. In the beginning you can see GGM Presas explaining that the mano-mano came from the stick/blade - is just a translation in empty hands.

@cloudstone123 @KARASCOUSIN I don't think that was the point the user KARASCOUSIN was making. But he also has to understand that the dry run always looks different from the later kind of training.
