@stevedalton I don't think you understand what's involved in binding a regular photo book. They don't use the power of magic elves to bring together the transcendence of unicorn hair and the magic of your wedding to build a powerful object destined to bind you and your wife together in harmonious bliss...
No, they use simple techniques like this. They DO use glue, they DO use tape...
thats fucking shit. If I were getting married, i'd want a professional job. Thats just a pile of rubbish. Terrible. Glued pages? Double sided tape? Awful.
Very expensive machine to let untrained stoner labor assemble a "book". I've done better books using proper case binding to mount the covers. The pages bonded with dry mount photo tissue. The head, tail, and fore edge are trimmed with a regular stacking cutter. The images are pigment and hand coated albumen cotton rag paper (300 gsm). My oven is from Sears and does 4-6 times as many albums. Plus all my materials are archival quality.

@FatPlus1 i'm a bookbinder. And that is shit. If that is in one piece in 10 years time i'll eat my hat.
Noone making anything of quality would stick pages back to back like that. Its cheap print, cheap production and a cheap product.

Album binding is not simple and fast, it takes time and experience, don't be fooled.
