No way, Batman was a much better fighter. In Batman: Bruce Wayne Fugitive Nightwing tries to stop Batman from leaving. Batman is able to avoid his attacks and even makes Nightwing punch Jason Todd's old Robin suit.

Actually while Batman seems darker and edger, Nightwing has been the one to cross the line more often. He didnt stop Tarantula from killing blockbuster, and after joker shot barbara gordan, Nightwing actually beat the Joker to death! Batman had to revive him to prevent Dick from having blood on his hands, I think Nightwing has the greater potential to cross the line and kill

@dante040 Actually, it's not about "potential to kill". Dick has always just been a more emotionally driven individual than Bruce, so that , while giving him more compassion, also allows him to be overtaken on occassion. As fighters go, Dick is FAR more naturally agile, but Bruce taught him almost every brawling and martial trick he knows, so he can more easily predict Dicks moves.

Can't blame Dick for that thing with the joker, though; try to kill one of my great loves, and I'd go mad, too

@55thedarkknight I didn't know you were the writer for Comic Books. Grant Morrison the writer for Batman said so himself that he is writing Batman as 35 currently and Dick Gayson has been Nightwing for years now.

Even the the Cartoons it was said he was in his 30's in The New Batman Adventures.
