This is old school. I remember watchin it as a kid. Some Iranian movies really stick in your mind and this is one of em. Another is rooze sevom! and of course marmoolak xD

IntlWormLib is right, check out Ebrahim Hatamikia interview in shabe shishiee with Reza Rashidpoor. He explains how he has got the main idea from the Doggy Afternoon. But, he finally claims that his movie is better.

I don't think so, the Persian usually call any Persian product a copycat, "Rostam is a copycat of Arnold"! haha... there is almost nothing the same in these 2 movies! Dialogues, Personage, etc. The Glassy Agency is a big masterpiece by master of all war film makers ever, Ebrahim Hatamikia! From Kharkhe to Rine, Borje Minooo, The odour of Josef's shirt, Red ribbon, etc. all are masterpiece ... I love them!
