I did this exercice yesterday first round 4.3 min, those pull ups are killing. But u just use the swing to make it less hard and the tire to make the situps come from ur legs not ur abs -.-' crossfit is about time but also technique
@KenMacMillan No way! It's not a competition, and everything can be modified/scaled in the event you are unable to permform the exercise as intended. We have several late 40's early 50's people in our gym. Good luck!
Tough stuff, but the instructors gotta get on them for their ROM more. I usually see Crossfit instructors get on their clients for ROM and form like mad. I always tell my clients, "If you can't do it right, don't even try to do it at all.". Still, really great workout, boys.
@icon578 Agreed, not all the way down or all the way up. Also prescribed is without the weight on your feet, and technically the ball for the squats shouldnt be there either, but it doesn't look like anyone is bouncing off them too much anyways.
Nonetheless good showing guys. Barbara is a whore hahaha. Took me 27:45 for all 5 rounds today.
