Whoa Danny B! As a trivia buff I love your little fun facts, but a gopher exerting 18.000 psi in a bite? Do they burrow through stainless steel? Now I'll admit that there isn't a lot of consistent data on bite force in animals, but they only differ slightly between studies. If a wolf can give around 400 psi in a bite and a few crocodilians can give around 2500 psi, I don't think a gopher can by leaps and bounds outclass them in bite force. I love dorm life but I need proof of the facts validity.
