Campus Rec iPad2 Giveaway

Campus Recreation is seeking 1,000 new members at the Fitness Center as a part of its "Wellness Initiative". iPad Fitness Special:

Purchase a prorated pass by semester's end and you'll be entered in a drawing for an Apple iPad 2.

To boost participation in fitness classes and increase use of the exercise equipment in the Fitness Center, Campus Recreation is offering prorated pass specials beginning Oct. 17:

Prorated Fitness Center Pass through Jan. 6
Students $20 | Faculty/Staff $55

Prorated Combo Pass through Jan. 6
(includes unlimited Group Fitness classes and Fitness Center access)
Students $30 | Faculty/Staff $70

Unlimited Group Fitness Pass through Dec. 11
Students $15 | Faculty/Staff $25 | Community $30 with the purchase of an ID

The Fitness Center has 20 treadmills, 19 cross trainers, 16 stationary bikes, 5 stair climbers, cardio theater, free weights and two lines of weight training equipment. Campus Recreation staff members are available for free equipment orientations.

Group Fitness offers more than 15 types of classes, including stationary cycling, strength-training, body-sculpting, aqua aerobics, stress-reduction and dance-based exercise.

Memberships can be purchased at the Member/Guest Services Desk in the Student Recreation Center.
