Welcome to the country???

I was driving home tonight on Grosenbacher and noticed their was a long line of cars coming from the other direction (which is very unusual). Then I noticed something moving in/aound the cars and figured - great..more loose livestock in the area!

Then it all got a hair closer and I stopped and put on my flashers and grabbed my phone and shot this quick video because I couldn't believe it...

This idot had the one horse on a lead and was holding onto it out the van window while the other one followed!!!

I only hope that he just noticed them and did it to get them out of traffic and wasn't doing it on purpose!
