Michael Schmidt was found not guilty in The Raw Milk Trial - but the Province of Ontario appealed that decision and Judge Teley found Michael Schmidt guilty on September 29th, 2011 - On November 25th 2011 Judge Peter Tetley pronounced sentence - a fine of $9,150. knowing that Michael Schmidt pronounces his innocence and will take this to the next level of the judiary with another appeal. Karen Selick from the Canadian Constitution Foundate is preparing the appeal.

You protect the farmers by proving that the courts and the judges are crooks! You give the courts credibility by playing along with their rigged courts, don't you? All they want you to do is just waste your time and money in activities that just grind you down. You are on the defensive and that is they way they like it. You need to put them on the defensive instead. Undermine the credibility of their courts - period!
