Bacon wrapped Shrimp

Ingredients:
8 large raw shimrp/prawns
4 ounces cream cheese
1 ounce manchego cheese
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 roasted garlic clove
2 poblano chilies (optional)
4 to 8 slices bacon
Salt added to the cheese mixture to taste, just a small amount

I saw someone on TV make this, and thought I would try it.
It is very very good.
If you like your bacon a bit more crispy, fry it half way before you wrap the shrimp.

this looks soo great thanks.. just a tip use a few water soaked toothpicks to hold the bacon on the shrimp while they cook

ive done that before ive also got ham and wrapped cream cheese with it then put it in a tortilla its really good:)
