OMG There are soo many cute moments in this vid but I think the part about endocrinologist "looking at your bits" HAS to be the cutest.
An endocrinology deals with the balance of things like hormones in the body. They supervise hormone treatment for trans people, and I suppose other peole needing such treatment (meaning they are the establishment gate-keeprs for (legal) hormones).

I remember. I'd wager that he'd still be mislabeled about as much today. I don't think things have changed much for transguys. I think the "pregnant man" incident forced people to remember that there are still FtMs.

I think the reason why you mostly see transwomen in media is the same reason why you mostly hear heterosexists bashing gay men, not lesbians. Men are simply more homophobic than women overall, because masculinity in our culture is defined as the rejection of homosexual desire whereas femininity is not. Therefore, an ignorant man seeing an M2F dating a guy on tv is going to be more inciteful than an FTM dating whoever he wants. Very sad, it's drenched in ignorance.
