A fun cover I did where I tested out the new camera (T3i) the audio recording of the Zoom H1 mic, and just messing around editing, adding the little stylization that pop up. Very fun song, The Beatles first recorded song!
I added the H1 and Canon T3i into the tags if you are here looking for examples of them coupled together. They work pretty well together, but keep in mind I have the H1 on 35 input sensitivity (gain) out of 100, and the Canon t3i has manual audio on, with the marker almost at 0. The mic is also fairly far away on a stand. The reason behind the settings being so low is because the H1 picks up singing and guitar very clearly, but very loudly, so if you have it on auto settings on both devices, you will get terrible, loud, screechy audio. The best thing to do is experiment until you get the sound, but I'm sure in any scenario, when used together for music, both of these will have to be down like this.
