Poor little dog - people who would keep any animal like this do not deserve to have them that is for sure - I hope you are sucessful in getting this little guy out of here and into a safe and loving home somewhere - Cornwalls Voice for Animals absolutely support your efforts to free all animals from suffering at the hands of cold hearted humans !
