I've been an AV customer for a year, great customer service up in til 2 months ago, i was ordering 24MG Melon from them for about 4months, great flavor/throat hit and on sale. but the last bottle i ordered was a completely different color then the bottle i already had and no throat hit with little vapor. i emailed arno, then got 2 free bottles. still the same results, i emailed them back and they didn't believe me even after i offered to pay for shipping so they can see the difference.

This guy is for real. Good product line, reasonable selection but it's Arno and his staff that make the difference. E-mail your sens reps and spread the word, the more of us there are, the harder it will be to stop them.
