I love how it takes him a few seconds to realize he's taken the woman's pen. But she's kind of an idiot... I agree with LadyScreaming: Let David Bowie keep the d**n pen! But, I also agree with Glamourennui: He touched it; it's a memento.

I laughed so hard at the beginning of this part. That woman chased him down for a flipping pen!! She got his autograph and is now walking and talking with him, you'd think she would be content! Some people...

Ive never been interested in autographs. They aren't really the person at all. I'd much rather walk and talk with him than get a scribble on something and walk away.
