Holla! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my sister got really defined Six pack abs and lost lots of belly fat with it.

you guys are doing a great job of depleting the swordfish population,also looks like the captain is gonna rob a bank when he docks the boat,things are tough.

SirFrancisBurton, Swordfish are not endangered here. We have caught and released 100's of nice swords and harvested this one to feed our families and friends. Thanks

thanks for comments! this was dinner for 100 people. It was the first sword we have kept out of about 60 or 70 swords we have caught the past few seasons. as you know they contain a lot of mercury and should be not be consumed on a regular basis . catch em up Pete
