Unknown Rory Block tune - any help?

I first heard this on a training video and I can't for the life of me remember what the track is called. Sorry for the inaccurate playing, I'm a real newbee!

OK, that was just a hunch. Still it's a shame I have no better ideas given I posess almost complete Rory Block's discography.

Hopefully someone'll recognize this melody, I'll keep tracking the topic.
