@MrJuggleBeast Thanks, and no problem. And it really is a sick lower back workout, as long as you're cautious.

@juggleboy360 Well damn! That is extremely impressive for a lower back strengthener. And thanks for the answer!

@AKOthePERSIANkiller I'm working on it:D

@MrJuggleBeast well, as far as I know, there are two kinds of deadlift, and the one I was doing focuses more on lower back, and less leg. that being said, I've started using a bit more leg of late, but still attempting to strengthen lower back for the most part.

You use your back a lot more than what I have been taught. I'm in high school power lifting and we are taught to use more legs. Get our butt down and drive. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like you are bending over and straightening your back.
If that is what you are doing, could you explain why please? I'm not trying to be corrective or something, you may be doing something different than I'm thinking. A variation of a kind. Also, are you wearing a suit or just normal work out clothes?

@flimadkd How do you do them?

@juggleboy360 I do them rippetoe's style. Leg straight, bar touches shin, chest up while looking straight ahead
lower head litle bit, deep breath to protect spine
push weight with heels, power should come
from legs first so pull back little, bar should be close to body,
then think butt down chest up

@flimadkd that form doesn't work out my lower back much. I might try those in addition, but with this exercise, I'm trying to strengthen my lower back, My legs are already pretty strong.
