Ok , your first mistake is showing an American flag with 50 stars on it. Alaska and Hawaii weren't added til 1959 so you should of used a 48 stared flag. Also men in the 1940's did not have their hair that long or goaties or wear necklesses. They did not wear jeans much or tennis shoes alot. Oh and spam can was bigger then.

yes but the aircraft carriers wernt there because they went off to the philipenes to protect for any attack there. the US also could not of won the war in the pacific without the aircraft carriers because battles like midway were mostly all air battles. reparing or building a new carrier would take too long to be effective.

umm there were ships there and they didnt need carriers they had an airfield

it is amazing. but i think the U.S. let japan attack us so we could join in the war. because after the U.S. finished WWI the government promised its people that they would never join another great war. so what better way to get the people rallied up and make them want to join the war. this is also why there were no carriers in hawai that day.
