    Also, when you're doing bench presses, keep your elbows no lower than shoulder level. When you're lowering the weights, your elbows should never go past your shoulder level, otherwise you'll do like I did and tear your tendon. And believe me - that's not fun!!

    Also - and this was always the hardest thing for me - the changes take place from the inside out. There will be times you gain weaight. But you'll see around week 5 or 6 you'll wake up and be like Woah!! Good Luck! I subscribed.

  • Hey, just watched your video and I have to say, being from NY, I really loved that remark about the only time you run is for the train, hahaha!!

    Anyway, Good video. The thing about BFL is that it IS for life. Don't worry about eating the cinna-buns. If you try that after a few weeks, you're gonna wanna puke, seriously! lol. It takes time for your body to get accustomed to eating different;y. Eventually your body will crave the good stuff and reject the bad. But you'll learn that in due time.
