well I've dealt with my fair share, most are clue-less but allot of them don't mind trying to comprehend what their mandate does and does not entitle them to do. I have had many success dealing with them even when it does get heated. For example they have consented no breach of the peace is observed by the officer (mind you he wouldn't comment if prostitution was lawful or if he was aloud to get off a quicky while On duty in uniform.) and that I have no obligation to engage in commercial actions

The city of Nanaimo, as a town or city can't set out any laws as it cannot hire or sue, or do you believe that a geographical locaton is capable of such actions? If some one claims to work for the city of Nanaimo, (especialy when he himself is clueless of the words he is using.) than what obligation do I have, I have no association with that corperation?
