Since all the bones snap to 0x0x0 on conversion on these models, you have to load the REF, then the animation SMD's, being careful not to rename the bones in the process - then you have to enter animation mode to make the bones spread out to edit them.

I should really make a seperate YouTube account for the devs or something - everyone's watching this now. ^_^
