The problem is that Tim needs to lower the gain on his amp for this style of music and the engineer needs to actually listen to the music.

I just think there is no need for tim on this song. Daves guitar is great in this song. It makes it really. No one is gonna tell tim to shut up though, guy is amazing

It's not Tim it's the engineer who doesn't know the music well and jacked him up in the mix. I saw them do this live with Tim and I know the electric is not as strong in the mix on certain songs at the concerts.

I agree. I agree a lot. And I don't mean any disrespect to Tim Reynolds, I love him... but... I saw DMB in California last year and there were songs I loved that I think should not have an electric guitar. Too much of something ain't good.
Say, maybe, Tim be in some songs with an acoustic??

The difference between DMB and all other bands in one, undying quality: every one of his songs is original, different and TIMLESS. Each and every one of Dave Matthews songs are good in their own way, and although one may not be as good as the other, each song has always inspired me to love music even more.
