There is an elevator to level 2. But it wonders me why this one doesn't serve level 2.

Those workers obviously didn't do the door fixing well in any way during the last servicing.
By the way, I've uploaded a response video of a 1988 Schindler traction. The door on this one is damn fast, giving the elevator a true Schindler spirit. The sound on starting up is also hard rock, audible from the inside as well as from the outside at the top floor. Enjoy and comment!

There is a weird reason why they block the 2nd floor. I'll make a video about it in a while. Those elevators are in bad need of modernization, though.

well they need to modenize them ASAP fix the buttons and the control so it it wont skip the floors get a new motor since it sounds bad fix or get a new door motor and oil the door tracks its squeaky
