im getting two parakeets one for me and my brother in two days and what i had in mind he has his bird in his room and i can have mine in my room and then we can train them separate but also are they like parrots because my friend has a parrot i can stick out my finger and he will grab on to my finger with his beak and then crawl on and hang on and he will stay on your shoulder and will they be anything like that?

@linnieworld You're supposed to clip the wings of pet birds especially small ones to reduce the risk of flight injuries... ? Are you able to learn at all? Probably not. Let alone teach.
