It starts at the Russel Road Interchange near the Wis/Ill border make me believe of either extending I-55 I-57 or I-65 from the Chicagoland area on to the new Interstate also I believe Hwy 29 and 53 should be updated to Interstate highway because 39,43 and the new interstate will be just long spurs and making Hwy 29 into a interstate be a help to end thes spur
