"Livin' on a Prayer" at Bon Jovi's NJ homecoming show at the New Meadowlands Stadium on Friday, July 9.
This was the last song of the encore, right after Jon injured his left leg. Here he clearly favors it and winces in pain but still manages to get through the band's signature song.

Thanx soo much for posting this! I felt terrible watching our Captain Kid in pain like that, but he pulled through like the true Superman that he is! Here's a little get well wish Jon..... Even though you're not feeling your best with a little time, good care and rest- It won't be long until the happy day when you're feeling fine in every way.. We all love you Jon and wish you a quick recovery! x x x

At like 1:28 he looks like he's in so much pain... =(

@micheri08 This was 2 months ago -- he's fine. From People magazine, July 11, 2010: "'Jon Bon Jovi sustained a torn calf muscle,'" a spokesperson for the 48-year-old rocker tells PEOPLE in a statement. "'Jon made light of the injury and went on to close the show with their hit, "Living On a Prayer." The band ended the night together, thanking the capacity hometown crowd, and assisting Jon off the stage.'"
