And in Israel, the agriculture industry is reportedly on the rise. An exhibition held last week in Tel Aviv featured the latest innovations, attracting visitors from all over the world. Our Israeli team has more.

With an average of 20,000 visitors in past years, the "Agro Mashov" exhibition hoped to open for new Israeli companies doors to sprouting international markets, mainly in eastern Europe and the Far East.

One company presented a biological method for reducing the population of flies which damage fruit.

[Sara Goldsmith, Logistics, Biofly]:
"What we are doing now, is mass rearing the fly and then we take the males which don't damage the fruit, we sterilize them, and then we release those sterile males into the wild population, they mate with the wild females and then the females lay eggs that basically nothing comes out of these eggs."

In another booth, the Jewish National Fund presented their latest efforts in blooming the desert.

[Dorit Sadovsky, Jewish National Fund]:
"Special people are finding solutions for the people how to grow in an area that is very hot, without water, sometimes salty water."

But one of the main attractions was undoubtedly a wide variety of exotic fruits, recently developed by Israeli scientists

[Moshe Weiss, CEO, Israeli Exotic Food Association]:
"Some of the fruits are just grown as they are, but some of the fruits that have potential to become commercial fruits are being tested for better varieties. The game here in Israel is not to conquer the world but to bring the fruits sooner or later than the season where they are naturally grown."

Flowers were also on display. Two of Holland's biggest flower auctions who recently merged with one another chose to hold the merging ceremony at the exhibition.

[Janet Fronrard, New Flora Holland]:
"The reason that we are now in Israel in this "Agro Mashov" is that a big part of our import of flowers comes from Israel."

After investing $0.5 million in the exhibition, its organizers hope it would yield no less than $4 million worth of business deals.

  • @JohnnyRock2000 I don't care about your dumb problems, this discussion is over.

  • @shinokiba - hahahahaha, so what the Nazis did makes what Israel does OK? Love the logic. That logic makes the next coming Holocaust OK too. 4 or 5 suitcase bombs...Tel Aviv, Haifa, Jewish part of Jerusalem,,,Har Homa, Dimona.....5 big holes in the ground....and a couple of Jews left to say that they fucked up again. Suck it up. hahahahaha

  • @JohnnyRock2000 Boo Hoo. Everyone's land at some point was stolen from someone else. Suck it up and move on. My land was stolen by the Nazis and you don't see me bitching.

  • @shinokiba - Jews suck and blow at the same time. Justify land theft and people domination, by saying that if it was OK for North American Indians it's OK for Palestinians. All the while saying that they are 21st century virtuous. Zionists and many Jews are racist by character. They are indoctrinated this way starting when toddlers. By adulthood, they swallow it all and become narcissistic, psychopathic, self-aggrandizing, racists.

  • @JohnnyRock2000 Stop bitching, the Palestinians stole that land from the Ottomans.

  • @JohnnyRock2000 And may Yahweh bless the Arab people with an abundance on their land as well!

  • The land thief's grow fruit and vegetables? Can't believe a jew would sweat. Probably with imported, slave-paid laborers on stolen land. Settlers is a term used for land thiefs. Settlements are colonies set up on stolen land. Occupation means moving jews into Arab land and throwing Arabs out. Disputed land is Arab land that jews are looking to steal. DBS Israel and let the Arab nations deal with them.
