Richard Davies Speaks About The Arkansas Safe Schools Assn 5th Annual Conference

Sgt. Richard Davies is a founding member and the outgoing president of the Arkansas Safe Schools Association. Davies is a Sgt. with the Pine Bluff (AR) Police Department. Most of his career has been spent working in the schools and/or witht the youth in his community. Richard has gained a great deal of respect among his students, their parents, school staff and his peers around the region. This interview was done on the final day of the 5th Annual Safe Schools Association convention and training.
