  • Great video! I always liked the level design of FEAR 2 (or FEAR 1 as well), that's why searched "fear 2 level design" and found out it's not only me :) I rarely get lost or don't know what to do or where to go to complete a task in FEAR 2. One additional observation of mine is that whenever you enter an area where there "seems to be" a lot of places to go to, the game immediately starts dragging you to the right path via action sequences.

  • Very interesting. I never really broke these things down like that. This made me look at videogames a bit differently. Thanks.
