The Jonas Sister- Chapter 2: Before

Chapter 2
Before

This chapter goes back three years ago in Katie's life before her brothers became famous. It shows a typical day of her before life

Knock! Knock!
-Katie, it's time to wake up sweetie, my mom's soft voice whispers.
I get up, make my bed and head downstairs. I can hear the usual rambling from here. In the kitchen, Kevin and Nick are laughing and Frankie is making noises while playing with his piece of toast. My dad already left for work and my mom is making our lunches.

-Where's Joe? I ask
-He's probably still sleeping as usual, answers Nick.
-Hey Frankie, do you want to go help me waking him up, Kevin asks.
-YAHH! Frankie answers with joy.

Kevin picks up Frankie and throws him on his shoulders while Nick and I giggle. They run upstairs and we hear a big noise, sign that Frankie has landed on Joe's bed. We can here him jumping on the bed and singing: Waake up Joooe! Wake up! Wake up! A still very sleepy Joe answers with a growl. They finally come back downstairs with Joe who looks like a zombie. We all laugh and start leaving the table to get ready.

I put my books in my schoolbag and go get dressed. I choose a simple pair of blue jeans shorts and a green t-shirt with a blue flower on it. I go in the bathroom and brush my teeth. I tie my hair in a long wavy ponytail and I'm ready to go. The bus arrives in 15 minutes. Nick and I take it to elementary school. Next year, Nick will enter Junior high and I'll be alone.

Kevin and Joe leave later because Kevin drives them to High school. They take longer to get ready too. My brothers are kind of fashion conscious. Joe takes YEARS in the bathroom arranging his hair and Kevin picks carefully his clothes in the morning.

The bus stops in front of the school and all the kids come off. Nick and I say bye to each other and go our separate ways. I meet up with William and Melanie and we start talking and running around until the bell rings. I'm in the same class as Will but Melanie's in a different one. In class, I'm not very attentive. I never got excellent grades but I always do okay. The day slowly goes back and the bell finally rings. I take my stuff and go outside to meet up with Nick and I'm surprised to find Kevin and Joe waiting for us at the entrance. I run to them and hug Kevin before asking them what they're doing there.

-Well, it's Friday so we decided to surprise you guys and take you to the movies. Mom knows about it, she's staying home with Frankie and his buds, Kevin answers
-Yuup! We thought it was time for a little brother AND sister fun since we've been really busy with our music and or auditions these days so we kind of left you out. Sorry, Joe says with a fake sad face.

I punch him in the stomach even though I know he doesn't feel a thing. Nick arrives and is happy about going at the movies. We agree that Ice Age would be perfect. I know that if I wasn't there they would of went and seen an action movie, too scary for me.

-I'm not bothering you am I? I mean, that's not really the kind of movie you enjoy usually
-Of course not we love spending time with you kiddo, Kevin says while affectionately rubbing my head.
-Yaaa and Ice Age looks supaar-dumpaar cool! Joe says.

We all laugh and head to the movies in Kevin's car. I'm so happy. I love when we spend time together. We arrive to the theater and Kevin pays with the money Mom had given to him. I guess this had been planed out.

The movie was good. I laughed a lot. My brothers too. I hope that means they weren't too bored. As we get out, Joe says:

- Ha! Ha! That squirrel just cracked me up! He starts imitating it.
We go back home laughing and find out that Mom had ordered pizza. The dinner is punctuated with energetic conversations. Everyone seems to be in a good mood today.

-So how was a school today guys? Dad asks.
-BOOORING, Joe and I answer at the same time.

We give a high-five to each other and laugh. Mom shakes her head with reproach but I can see she's holding back a smile.

-Nothing special happened..., Kevin says. Oh yeah, Joe flirted with a girl and she didn't even look at look at him twice. Ha! Ha! It was pretty funny.
-Hey! She WAS interested. No girl can resist me, Joe defends himself.
-Yah right, so explain why you don't have a girlfriend? Nick says.
-OOOOh, BURN, Kevin, Nick and I scream before bursting into laughter.
-Kids, leave you brother alone, Dad says. What about your day Frankie?
-It was fun! Frankie says.

After dinner, we go in the basement while our parents watch TV. We decide to play one of our favorite games. THE FIGHT. It consists of basically throwing yourself on your opponent and making sure he stays on the ground. It's Nick and Kevin against Frankie, Joe and I. We play for about 2 hours and then we're so tired that we all go in our rooms to either sleep or do something calm. Wow! This day was awesome.

this reminds me of my friend who has 5 not 4 but 5 brothers.... i don't kno how she survives but then again she is a tomboy....soo maybe she does idk anyways really good story
