lol yeahhh I wish I did but i just saved some L.E.D.s from the front of it and then trashed the rest - its some stupid 0 look at how small the motherboard is !! the power board and mothboard can fit in to like coffe mug yet the player is so big and looks like its got good electronics inside of it :) N

On the positive side, I'm still running an 805-2: it has multiple stop and resume so you don't have to go through all the chapters when you re-start the player after a break which many or most of the expensive ones won't, it plays region-free and it plays PAL! It plays DVDs that other players (like my Sony) won't play. It's about 10 years old and my worst fear is that it may finally wear out...I hope the new ones are as good.

BTW, pulling apart the set and fiddling with it may cause failure.

i have a sony DVD player but i bought a Magnasinic for my room and it still works, may be because it is only used once a month.

You paid $20, how about paying $56 for one of the Magnasonic DVD players ! At least the crappy one I payed for 5 years ago plays MP3 CD's ( all its good for, it will not play DVD-R s or regular DVD's with a hint of a scratch on them) . Its like a CD player without the speakers. Max was an O.K brand though. Maybe you should have ended the video with a shot of the player thrown from a 10 story balcony, at least then the player would provide some entertainment !
