Thanks to support from the event organisers, 4wd TV again had a team of 4 over in NZ to cover the Southern Hemisphere's biggest offroad race: the Taupo 1000.
88 teams braved the cold end of winter weather in the heart of the North Island to pit man and machine against an afternoon of prologue and a 1000km enduro spread over two days of off road racing.
Story 1 covers the prologue and history of this world class event.
