@kqpm392 Please enlighten us with your genre of music that is not bound by the "limitations" of the blues.

fucking hate the blues. its stagnated in its own limitations.

I find it amazing that I've gone through forty plus Les Paul-style guitars and pickup changes to get a tone that is actually clearly available from a Telecaster. You live and learn, I suppose! Thank you for posting.

i like it.......YYEEAAHH!!!!!

Very nice sound a great playing.
-
thats a good guitar you have there from Dublin, from Phil in Dublin.

Cluttering?? thats bull. You sound great .To me, It looks and sounds like YOU playing your guitar. If you listen to somebody telling you how you should play or sound, then you'll start playing to a standard or form and you'll ending up sounding like everybody else and doing vids showing ' this is me playing Steve Vai's ultra technical guitar solo' ( and most of them struggle to be original and lack the ability to make a complete song or be able to be part of a band). Just do your own thing.

Man i really, really love these tele reissues. Ive got a question though man, in a couple of days im getting an american special telecaster, i was just wondering how you thought a maple neck compared to rosewood in terms of playability, and also if the vintage style bridge annoys you as far as innotation and palm muting goes?, thats heaps man, i'd appreciate some advice :)
This video has 10 X more views than some of Australias finest blues artists. Seriously cmon.

nice tone. what gauge strings do you use?? i had put some 11's on my AS teley, sounded really fat but the original setup was adjusted to acomodate smaller strings i,e; 9's or 10's , so i get sort of a little buzz around the 7th fret on certain strings, i recently changed back to smaller gauge but find that it has less balls this way...i think i'll just take the time needed to set her up to wear 11's. the tone difference is considerable!
