Malaysia is a largely urban country, with 60 per cent of the population living in cities. Life for a refugee in Kuala Lumpur is challenging. Refugees cannot work legally and most live in fear of detention, despite having received a refugee card from UNHCR.

  • I am also a Malaysian and had written to Malaysian Immigration offices so many times to treat foreigners n refugees justly but no one listened.

  • bless them =(

  • this world is truly brutal

  • So much unnecessary suffering. It breaks my heart. We must all work together to help those most in need. I recommend supporting organisations, such as Refugees International.

  • it's much appreciable, but i see and experience many and much more poor livings styles and hard searching for lives....
