  • Hey Boss. I finally made it to the Losers' Bench this past Tuesday. Thank you for your insight in this video.

  • great job!

  • My name is Robert and I'm a food addict. People just don't understand that to some people food is a 'drug', sometimes I wish I was a heroine addict or cokehead, at least then everyone would understand. That is why most 'diets' fail, until you deal with the phsychological side of your addiction you are doomed to fall back into your old habits eventually, trust me I know. I've fallen so many times I've lost count.

  • So Robert did you get the surgery or thinking about getting it?

  • You hit the nail on the head!!! Food is an addiction and for me, it also seems to be a habit...sort of like when I used to smoke. I would get up in the morning and think about my first cigarette. Being morbidly obese (prior to WLS) I would get up and think about my next meal or snack or where to go for dinner. Great video and insight into the dangers and risks associated with this very destructive addiction!! Thank you!!

  • I feel you! you are so right!

  • I just ran across your video (really late) but I hope your still doing it, you really touched me, and i want to thank you for putting this up, these are personal issues and your life that you allow others into. so thanks for the knowlege, so how about a video update...you look so great in this one jus curious to see how ur doing now.

  • You are so right about food and its addictions. When I really thought about it, I scheduled most of my life about when and what I would eat. Good on ya for saying it how it is.

  • Hey Boss..thanks for keeping it real. The hardest part seems to be admitting it, facing it, and doing something about it. I'm really happy for this community and everyone who is doing just that...facing it and moving forward.

  • I am so glad that you have done something about your situation. The statistics are alarming.

  • I've had my surgery for 4 weeks and I know I had an addiction but excercise has really helped me. I've already lost alot of weight and feel so much better now. -Christa

  • I've been considering that option. What Co. did you go with? I've looked at several online but they all had the same exclusion.
