Baklava is one of the most popular Greek desserts known around the world, but there are also many different ways of preparing this wonderful and decedent sweet. In this video recipe, Eva shows us how to prepare baklava rolls. The ingredients are the same as the traditional baklava recipe, but here the phyllo is rolled and cut into individual pieces.

  • @batronster22 prove it... burek is probably originally from the balkans... baklava is levantine and tzatziki and similar sauces have probably been used in many cuisines independently of eachother.

  • @batronster22 u have SERIOUS issues.. go watch turkish videos if u dont like greek cooking. by the way.. if all these recipies were turkish then why doesn't kazakhstan's cuisine have these dishes?? that's where your people originated from.. you came to us.. we never went to you .. these dishes existed for centuries within the entire mediterannian region, including countries that have never known turkish occupation. you're not mediteranian.. GOODBYE !

  • That is excellent. You remind me of my Yi-ya

  • another hilarious video. Wishful thinking is not bad ,but this video is just another example of Greek interpretation (or imitation) of Turkish cuisine as usual (Like tzaziki (cacik),borek(this word still) , greek coffee and thousands of others).(Sure there are some common things... but baklava is obvious one for God's sake) .The word baklava is infact Arabic and originated in the middle east, which Greeks never lived or ruled.

  • You are like a second mom in the kitchen and I love all your videos. I have learned so much from you. I never paid attention to my parents and now that they are gone so are their recipes. As most good cooks, they were in their heads and never on paper. You are so generous to be sharing your talent with us.

Would you please show us how to make melomakarona. This has been a challenge to me for many years. I have tried many recipes and haven't had luck.

Thank you again and yias ta xeria sou!
