True rock and roll, whatever happened to it...

LOL....I've been asking that question too. Never really liked 70s, 80s, etc form of rock n roll. I think what might have happened is that newer generations in the 1970s didn't have a way with connecting with the past 60s scene which gave way to crap like glam rock and punk rock and the further removed rock n roll went with more new generations of people and the distance just kept growing.

Thats just the way they did things on Tv.The band had no control over that.And so what.

Anybody notice that none of the instruments are plugged in??? :-)

Would have been appropriate for the band to ride in on a storm cloud...instead of introduced by a cupid silohette.

Wellll. I gotta say, for all the synthetic sounds we have today, gimme this gritty grimey music with just dem 4 boys playing..lol whoa, they could make a room fill up with good good energy.
I wish all of you, could have been there..and thanks to youtube, you can!

The camera crew didn't probably know a damn thing about the instruments the band plays.

They show the wrong persons during the solos.
