It's a hidden Easter egg on the disc, click on where it says "Random Ass Moments" On the top banner where it says "Random Ass Moments" hover your mouse cursor if you're on your computer, or click on all arrows of the remote, hover it on the right bottom hand side of where it says "Random Ass Moments" and a secret "Viva La Bam" logo should blink,click on it,and the scene is in there!
