I just realised something, the person that made this video has made the game so that must mean that the software is working so JUST PUBLISH IT ON THE WEB YOYOGAMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It looks strange using arrow keys to control a mouse cursor to navigate menus on a handheld device. I hope issues like that will be "polished" by yoyo when people publish through them. Gotta make them earn that 50%. ;)
In their wiki page "publishing with yoyogames" they mentioned they want to shoot for the goal of publishing 200 games a year. I wonder, are there enough quality games in the game maker community to publish games continuously at that rate?
