The German Wehrmacht strikes without pity against the murderers of German freedom fighters. The main culprits of these murders have been apprehended by the advancing troops. In a prison camp in Blomberg, these torturers of ethnic Germans have been handed over. Here, one man recognizes his brother's murderer. Ethnic German refugees return to their villages behind the front. The greater part of these have been victims of Polish cruelties. This man has lost an eye. This woman has been obviously beaten around the face. These tired and hungry people are now being provided for. The majority of the houses have been reduced to rubble. In this village, only one house has been saved from the arsonists: the synogogue. (...) In the ghettos of the occupied cities, the eastern Jews are in a good humour. These pictures refute the propaganda of the hostile foreign Jewish press. () For the first time in their lives they are put to work.
