Most guys can't attract girls because they don't act like a man around them. They get all nervous and show beta male characteristics.
Girls want alphas. A natural leader.
In order to come across as being an alpha, you need to show her that you're a man of action and when you see one you want, go get her (approach direct and don't hesitate). If you're confident, she'll respond.
