I agree!! I was abused in a ward and came out traumatized. I'm in counseling for it now. Anti depressants hurt me too. I've attempted a couple of times. Thanks for this video!

Hi i know how you feel after i got out of the ward i really felt crappy and by the way im 17 1/2 i went ro the train track by my house and said my final prayers layed down and took a couple of sleeping pills and next thing i know is i am in an ambulance going to the hospital and they put me in surgery and saved my life but they could not save bothe my legs above my knee is where the train tokk them so know im permanantly imobalized but i was under 24 hour watch each day for 1 1/2 mnths

The message and speech was great, but try to calm down on the body movement. I dunno why but it tends to give off a negative impact when watching. Just a basic public speaking rule. Keep up the good messages. :)
