ya metallica isnt that good, but still there music is well put together and its intricate. unlike the beatles who play simple chords and thats it. ive heard a day in the life its kind of annoying.

i reccomend you listen to A Day in The Life or I am the walrus for starters if you honestly think beatles music is simple. And metallica???? musical genius's??

Metallica is amazing but not better than the Beatles. Zeppelin is damn close, easily 2nd.

Why does everyone consider the beatles to be musical geniuses? there songs arent that good, i mean they are 100x better than the crap put out today by so called "musicians" but to be called the greatest band of all time is in my opinion a huge overstatement. there songs are simple and catchy and thats why everyone likes them. but when you look at bands like led zeppelin and metallica those people were musical geniuses because they wrote crazy music.

When Paul and Ringo go we will realise exactly what we had in this group as musicians, and what we lost as music lovers, I'm not a die hard Beatles fan but a understand brilliance when i hear it !

I just can't picture anyone listening to Lady Gaga in 30 years.... and @truthaddict- congrats on learning to use the computer so fast XD

yeah i'm 17 too and i doubt there will be anything better than the beatles within our lifetimes, maybe something close to as good, but looking at today's music, i kinda get the feeling that won't happen for awhile.
