My Top 50 RPG Battle Themes #01: Final Fantasy VI - Dancing Mad (PART TWO)

Yeah. A Final Fantasy song. And it's my favorite. So yeah. HA.

Anyways, I gave the edge slightly to this song due to Awakening not having enough good parts to the song. I mean, what's there is excellent. But the best part is awesome, that part about 40 seconds in, but then it dies out a little. It would be great and my #1 if there was more of that. But sadly, that's not the case.

This plays in the final battle against Kefka and his tiers. Every track loops twice, making this a whopping 17 minute long song. The ones that play in this video are Tiers 3 and 4. Against the fallen angels and the god, Kefka. The battle is a lot like Dante's Inferno, with the final tier being God, third tier the fallen angels, second tier the twisted souls, and the last tier the demons. Man, it's awesome. Although, once you get Genji Glove + Master's Scroll, or Quick + Ultima + Dualcast, Kefka's nothing.

Well, I hope you liked my list. This took a long time to make. From January 02, 2009 to March 16, 2009. Two and a half months. I was lazy on some days, so I didn't upload sometimes, but yeah. If you don't like it, please, don't flame. Just rate or something. Not enough people do anyways. The majority of the people who watch these things aren't even my subscribers. I guess most of them are MOTHER fans.

In the future, I may upload more Top 50's or 10's. Maybe. Villains? World Map themes? Who knows. We'll just see how it goes.

awesome choice for number one dude. though im surprized that you didn't have omen by xenogears on the list at all, that one is one of my favorites of all time. in fact i think between all the ff's and xenogears and chrono trigger you have the best game music IMO.

This is one of my favorite games of all time....but looking at this art makes me realize how silly it would look in real life :P. You've got a ninja, bigfoot, and a motley crew of fighters all attacking an insane clown. Only Square could make that awesome :P
