The Harley Diaries #1 - The Hudson River Overlook, Rt 6 NY

May 1st, 2011. This is the first in a series of videos I will be making this summer and fall documenting my road trips on my Harleys throughout the surrounding areas of the Hudson Valley close to where I live in Ellenville, New York State and beyond. I'll be stopping off en route(s) topping to document places of interest you yourself may want to check out. This route started out in Ellenville, heading out on Rt 52 going towards Newburgh, picking up the Thruway, then heading over the Newburgh/Beacon bridge to immediately take Rt 9D down t,through Beacon towards Cold Spring and the Bear Mountain Bridge where you pick up Rt 6 South that has a very high elevation with magnificent panoramic views at the scenic lookout point about 2 miles from Bear Mountain bridge.

I then headed back over the Bear Mountain Park bridge to Bear Mountain Park then back up to Ellenville. I only had time to stop and shoot at the Hudson River Overlook.
