This woman has no idea about legal process, nor does not seem to care about peoples rights under the law. If she had, or anyone in their organization had, they would have gone to a court room, filed charges, and had a proper order or warrant issued by a judge. She did not, and thus, this is all theatrics. Pure grandstanding of views, which have no legal basis.
These people have a right to their opinions, no issue there. But others have a right to laugh at them or just ignore them.
