How to Magnetize Screw Driver to pick up screws

Just attach any magnet to your screw driver and it will start to act as magnet and catch those screws in the holes to unscrew or screw them. Move your magnet away or towards the tip of your screw driver to decrease or increase the magnetic power respectively.
You can use the same technique to catch the screw if its lost somewhere around the hole.
Also, if you leave the magnet attached to the screw driver for a while (or more) and remove the magnet, the screw driver will still have some magnetic effect left for a while (or more).
